Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The paint on my Tacoma started chipping off super bad. I went to this place to get estimates on a paint job & color change, it turns out the paint was being warranties by Toyota! Austin and Brooke were super great to work with. They’re extremely kind and caring for their customers. Houston was also very helpful at the end there. Thank you Austin and Brooke!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a great experience with Karl Malone’s Body and Paint shop! Dustin was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He kept us updated throughout the entire process, always making sure we knew what was happening with our vehicle. His communication and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. The entire team provided excellent customer service, and we were pleasantly surprised that the repairs were completed much sooner than originally expected. We truly appreciate their honesty, efficiency, and commitment to taking care of their customers. We highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The customer service at Karl Malone Toyota Body and Paint was exceptional. Brooke, at the front desk, was helpful and friendly and was quick to respond to my emails and call, and Mario (an estimator) was professional, friendly, and provided an exceptional customer care experience. They both assuaged my concern on my vehicle, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend them for your body shop needs, and I was grateful for their help.
