Karl Malone Toyota body shop was able to work with my insurance and we got a new bumper on, plus they helped me with a new battery I had put on myself (a diehard Platinum AGM for the stop/start technology). They fixed my battery that was supposed to fit with some copper and I really appreciated it. Dustin C. was also very helpful and courteous in explaining the time it would take to fix the vehicle and in letting me know when it was ready. I was amazed how good of a job they did - honestly looks brand new again, with no sign of a repair. They also cleaned inside our car which was really nice to see. They were super kind and willing to help out with the complexities of a rental car (including rides) and insurance.
